If you cannot make it to an appointment with us (or either or us), tell us as soon as you know that you won't make it. We might be able to reschedule your appointment without any additional cost. In the case of a cancellation the following rules apply:

Private lessons

Cancellation 24 hours or more before the scheduled time: 50 % refund

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time: no refund

Group lessons

Cancellation 24 hours or more before the scheduled time: 70 % refund

Cancellation less than 24 hours, but more than 2 hours before the scheduled time: 30 % refund

Cancellation less than 2 hours before the scheduled time: no refund

Retreats

16 % deposit, refundable in total until 30 days before the start date

rest of the amount due the latest 7 days before your date of arrival and non-refundable

Due to the uncertainties around travel restrictions because of the coronavirus, we offer a very flexible policy: You can get the deposit back up to one week before your arrival and the rest of the money is only due on arrival! If then there should still be any trouble regarding your travels, just get in contact with us and we will find a solution! This regulation is valid until the situation has calmed down significantly.

If you’re booking over a retreat booking site like www.bookyogaretreats.com, www.bookretreats.com or www.retreat.guru then their cancellation policy takes effect.

Yoga Teacher Trainings

Cancellation 4 weeks or more before the scheduled time: 70 % refund

Cancellation less than 4 weeks, but more than 1 week before the scheduled time: 30 % refund

Cancellation less than 1 week before the scheduled time: no refund
